Epic Theatre Ensemble’s SHAKESPEARE REMIX is one of 15 after-school programs across the nation to win the 2009 COMING UP TALLER AWARD presented by the PRESIDENT’S COMMITTEE on the ARTS and the HUMANITIES. The award recognizes and supports outstanding community arts and humanities programs that celebrate the creativity of America’s young people, provide them learning opportunities and changes to contribute to their communities.
