Partnership with Chelsea High School: Epic Theatre Ensemble and Chelsea Career Vocational High School partner to implement a sequential arts integration program that reaches all students in every grade.  This sequence includes Epic’s Journeys, Making History & Off -Broadway programs. The partnership empowers students to explore moral and ethical issues through theatre-making and through that process develop skills in empathy, clarity, expressiveness and cooperation. Epic pioneered the nationally recognized after school Shakespeare Remix program at Chelsea culminating in professionally authentic productions in Off Broadway venues. Past productions include Macbeth, Winters Tale, Richard III, Othello, Hamlet and Romeo and Juliet.

Chelsea Vocational High School located in Soho NY, stands by a mission to create an environment that nurtures and values each individual, and to expand the intellectual and social capabilities of all students. By providing academic intervention services, career-informed courses and work-based learning experiences, Chelsea Vocational High School believes that each student, upon graduation, will have a marketable skill as well as the qualifications to attend college if he/she desires.
