Citizen Artist Conference Schedule


Friday June 13th- Sunday June 15th

Epic Theatre Ensemble's 3-day conference will explore the techniques and methodology of our Citizen Artist programs. During this conference, members of the Arts-in-education Community will explore what it means to be a Citizens Artist; acquire the tools to lead students through the process of becoming a Citizen Artist; consult with Epic Artists in order to integrate those techniques into their own teaching practice and receive a Citizen Artist Curriculum Guide.

Friday, June 13th:

Location: Playwrights Horizon, 416 West 42nd Street (between 9th and 10th Avenues)

4 - 6pm Opening Workshop: What is a Citizen Artist?
Includes Student Performances from Epic's partner schools
6pm South Room at Playwrights Horizons, 416 W 42nd street
Dinner break {on your own in midtown}
8pm Complimentary ticket to Epic's off-Broadway production of Palace of the End by Judith Thompson.

Individuals and teams will meet with Epic artists for HOUR long slots during the 12pm - 6pm window.
