include a Forum Series where following a performance, guest speakers join our company onstage to discuss the key questions and ideas that emerged with our audiences.

Andrea Bonime-Blanc
Andrea Bonime-Blanc is Founder and CEO of GEC Risk Advisory and a global governance, risk, cyber and ethics strategist and counsellor to boards and executives in the corporate, non-profit and governmental sectors worldwide. For almost two decades until 2013, she held senior global executive roles at Bertelsmann, PSEG, and Verint, including as general counsel, chief risk, ethics, compliance, CSR and information security officer. In early 2017, she was appointed Ethics Advisor to the Financial Oversight & Management Board for Puerto Rico and became a Governance Mentor for Plug & Play Tech Centre, a global start-up accelerator. In 2018, she received an inaugural DCRO (Directors and Chief Risk Officers) Individual Exemplar Award. In 2014 and 2015 she was recognized as an Ethisphere “100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics” and in 2014 she received Trust Across America’s “Top 100 Thought Leaders in Trustworthy Business Behavior”. Dr. Bonime-Blanc is a sought-after board counsellor and advisor. She also has over two decades of board experience – she is chair emeritus of the Ethics and Compliance Association, governance chair as well as past chair of Epic Theatre Ensemble, advisory board member to several international think tanks, a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a professor at NYU.
